Terms and Conditions
This is an offer by the organization placing this order (hereinafter referred to as "buyer" or "buyer's") to purchase merchandise described on this purchase order. Upon acceptance of a purchase order by International Fine Arts Venue the buyer or buyer's agree to the following.
1) Buyer or buyer's defined by anyone who initiates a purchase is subject to and incorporates by this reference all terms and conditions set forth in any written contract or memorandum of understanding between buyer or buyer's and International Fine Arts Venue and its subsidiaries pertaining to the purchase and sale of artwork or other merchandise from International Fine Arts Venue.
2) Prices in galleries(internet or physical retail locations) or trade show events are subject to change without prior notice from International Fine Arts Venue. All orders will be billed at published prices which are current with receipt of the order.
3) Orders accepted by International Fine Arts Venue are not deemed accepted by International Fine Arts Venue unless the buyer or buyer's receives a written acceptance of the purchase order. Purchase orders shall be governed and interpreted by the laws of the state of Nevada.
4) International Fine Arts Venue will ship artwork ordered by buyer from Las Vegas Nevada. In the event that International Fine Arts Venue will not be able to ship all or part of the buyer's order to be received with in the specified two week time period from date of purchase. The buyer will be notified promptly.
5) The purchase of artwork from International Fine Arts Venue consists only of the artwork and framing when applicable. All copyrights and all other proprietary rights, including the right to reproduce derivative works from the artwork in all media are not transferable to buyer or buyer's of art offered on any of International Fine Arts Venue sites or galleries.
6) Any claims of damages of merchandise must be made in writing within ten calendar days from buyers acceptance of merchandise. Buyer's agrees that there will be no such claims after the ten day period following acceptance of merchandise. Any claim made after ten days will be waived by buyer.
7) Buyer or buyer's shall comply with laws, rules and regulations applicable to the purchase and sale of artwork and other accompanying documentation, representation and media including certificates of authenticity when applicable, electronic or other physical forms of media.
8) Buyer or buyer's purchasing artwork on any and all sites and galleries owned and operated by International Fine Arts Venue shall not acquire the rights to use the names of International Fine Arts Venue its affiliates, subsidiaries or divisions alone or in conjunction with or as part of any other word or name unless authorized by written permission and consent of International Fine Arts Venue.
9) Memorandum or contract of understanding between International Fine Arts Venue and buyer's has no obligation to accept orders and may reject any such order at the sole discretion of International Fine Arts Venue.
10) At the discretion of International Fine Arts Venue it may accept payment by one of the following credit cards or payment processors: Paypal, Master card, Discover, Visa, Diner's Club, American Express. Buyer must first establish an account and be subject to the account issuer's rules and regulation's and those of International Fine Arts Venue.
